Returns

You may return your purchase for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

1- Contact our customer service team at Sales@pacillo.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2- Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include a copy of your proof of purchase
3- Write the provided RMA number on the package and mail it to the following address: Pacillo’s Fitness Gear Attn: Returns RMA # 3493 Sheridan Dr Amherst, NY 14226 United States
Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate a return or exchange process. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item for us to process your request. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to reflect on your statement. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Exceptions

All sale items and gift certificates are final sale and cannot be returned.
All sales of used equipment are final.
Additional charges may apply for the pickup of returned/delivered/setup products.
All Special orders are not returnable, and are non-refundable.
Delivery and setup fees are non-refundable.
International customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returns.
